At John Mark, our collections are created for the individual month the merchandise will be in stores. We present 3 months at a time at market and have a 4 month time line. We create all samples in house with flat patterns.

 

I am responsible for presenting designs to the head designer for each collection, making first patterns for my samples & creating 1st tech packs for each style including technical sketches​

Additionally, I communicate with vendors to source new fabrics & request samples of past styles in new colorways/ new designs with updates prints from vendors.
