Jordan Wilkins
I graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in Apparel Design and Product Development, accompanied by a minor in Business Administration. Currently working as the Associate Designer at John Mark under Sharon Young Inc.
About Me:I first discovered my passion for design during my 14-year competitive figure skating career. By the age of 8, I was designing my own costumes, learning to sew from my grandmother at 9, and hand-selecting fabrics to bring my ideas to life. Today, I am passionate about crafting well-constructed, high-quality pieces that reflect timeless style and can be cherished by future generations. I love what I do, for that reason I bring a positive attitude to the workplace daily.
About My Current Position: John Mark is an eclectic clothing brand I am so lucky to be apart of. Their unique process of development has helped strengthen my skillset and fall in love with the fashion industry all over again. John Mark creates all of their samples in house and I get to be physically involved in each sample we make. Aside from designing the garments I am also hand drafting patterns and preparing samples for our in house seamstresses on a daily basis. My responsibilities include managing the collections progress and communicating necessary adjustments to the collection with the team!
